Experiences with Isha Yoga

Sadhak has listened to many Speeches of Sadguru Jaggi Vasudev in Sanskruthi(TV1) Channel. I have never seen anybody who talks with so much clarity in mind. Sadguru Jaggi Vasudev always give Best Possible Answers with Highest Clarity to the Spiritual Questions that are being asked. Sadguru Jaggi Vasudev is the Founder Guru of ISHA Foundation   ( http://www.ishafoundation.org/ ).

Sadhak has attended 7 Day Inner Engineering Program from 20th February to 26th February, 2008 in Madhapur, Hyderabad. Inner Engineering is a technology derived from the ancient science of yoga for creating harmony in the body, mind and emotions. This is the Introductory Program and Prerequisite for attending ISHA Advanced Programs.

Sadhak has attended 4 Day Bhava Spandana Program(BSP) from 6th November to 9th November, 2008 at the Isha Yoga Center, Coimbatore, India. BSP is designed to provide the opportunity to experience higher levels of consciousness beyond the limitations of body and mind. BSP offers the experience of a world of limitless love and joy. While hearing the Sadguru's Song, Sadhak's body was filled up with lots of energy and felt spiritual vibrations in the body. While Conversing with the Tree,  Sadhak felt energy flow from Tree to the Sadhak's body and Tree appreciated Sadhak by Saying "You are the most Joyous Person that I have ever met". During Very Powerful Meditation, enormous amount of energy has been created in Sadhak's body and something like "Astral body with different Colors i.e. Reddish, Yellowish, Whitish" has come out of Sadhak's body through Sahasrara Chakra(Top of the Head). Sadhak's Astral(Emotional) body has lifted its hands and danced for sometime. Sadhak felt that all the Past Memories had been thrown out of Sadhak's body.

Sadhak has attended 4 Day Shoonya Meditations Program from 6th December to 9th December, 2008 at the Isha Yoga Center, Coimbatore, India. Shoonya Meditations stimulate release of physical, mental and emotional blocks and activate spontaneous expression of vital energy.


Sadhak has attended 3 Day Hata Yoga Program from 2nd January to 4th January, 2009 in Hyderabad, India. Hata Yoga is an Opportunity to Learn Surya Namaskar(Sun Salutation) along with a series of asanas(Yoga Postures).


Sadhak has attended 1/2 Day Pre-Samyama Meet on 4th January, 2009 in Hyderabad, India.


Sadhak has attended Intensive 8 Day Samyama Program from 26th February to 5th March, 2009 at the Isha Yoga Center, Coimbatore, India.  Samyama Meditations provide the experiential possibility to free one from the bonds of karma and purify the body-mind to receive higher levels of energy. Samyama presents the potential for participants to reach heightened levels of consciousness and experience explosive states of meditativeness. Sadguru Jaggi Vasudev came beside Sadhak and took something from top of sadhak's head and smashed it with hands. Sadhak has seen Energy Flowers which are connected together on the inside of top roof of Spanda Hall. Energy Flowers are falling down on Sadhak's Sahasrara Chakra(Top of the Head). New Energy Flowers are getting Created on the inside of top roof as soon as the Energy Flowers are falling down. Sadhak has seen Source Energy as very big Energy Pillar in the Ground, from where the New Energy Flowers are getting Created. Sadhak felt lot of Spiritual Vibrations in his body. Great Energy in the form of White Shiva Linga from Sadguru Jaggi Vasudev flown into Sadhak's body through Sahasrara Chakra(Top of the Head). White Shiv Linga got Exploded in Sadhak's body and blown away the Thick Negative Black Layers out of Sadhak's body. During Meditation, Lot of Spiritual Energy flown into Sadhak's body. Lord Saturn(Shani Deva) was suddenly got surrounded by the Spiritual Energy which made him to go into Standing Posture from Sitting Posture. During Meditation, Sadhak went to some place where Sadguru is sitting on the base of the tree and Lot of Sadhus are Sitting in front of Sadguru in Several Lines. Sadguru's Body Shines with Brilliance of Ten Million Suns(Surya Koti Sama Prabha). After Completion of Meditation, Sadguru Commented out that "Is it not my Inner Body is Very Beautiful... Haa.. Haa... Haa...Laughter". Sadguru Jaggi Vasudev has asked everybody to give away their Karma to him so that he can dissolve the Karma. Sadhak went and sat very near to Sadguru. As soon as Sadhak went very near to Sadguru, Sadguru felt big jolt. Suddenly Sadguru who was in deep meditation, came out of meditation. Sadguru has taken out something from his back and dissolved it. Again Sadguru went into meditation and asked everybody to give away their karma to Sadguru. Sadhak has seen that lot of  thick negative layers from Sadhak's body went to Sadguru and  Sadguru was feeling lot of pain in his physical body. After some time he slowly dissolved all the karma from all the participants. Meanwhile the Other Lady beside Sadguru was looking at Sadhak as if she was seeing some Great Terror. During Final Meditation, Sadhak saw the Reduction of Karmic Baggage from 30 Human Skulls(Karmic Baggage) to 3 Human Skulls(Less Karmic Baggage). While Sadhak Observing his Breath during meditation, For the First Time Sadhak felt that God's Energy was going inside the Body through the Nose. "Feeling God's Energy through Nose" was a Major Breakthrough in Sadhak's Life. Sadhak has worked as an Volunteer for Ananda Ala Sadguru's Sastang on August 2nd in Hyderabad, India.
