Sadhak has attended Art Of Living AMC(Part 2) Course from 4th October 2012 to 7th October 2012 in Sri Seshadri Ashramam(http://www.seshadriswamigal.org), Tiruvannamalai. Sadhak saw two very Big Rotating Divine White Light Chakras in Annamalai(Lord Shiva) and Unnamalai(Goddess Parvati) Hills during Art Of Living Evening Satsang. Sadhak saw lot of pitrus and souls on the Surface of the Annamalai Hill. During Meditation, Sadhak saw lot of Siddhas in the Caves of Annamalai Hill. During Art Of Living Evening Satsang in Main Arunachaleshwar Temple Near North Tower, Sadhak saw that the Annamalai Hill Horizontally Divided into 2 Halves and Top Half Portion got lifted up slightly. Sadhak saw Yellowish Whitish Reddish Divine Light Inside the Annamalai Hill and Poured the Divine Light from Annamalai Hill into Sadhak's Inside body through Sahasrara Chakra. Sadhak saw Divine Chakras with Different Colours(more of Reddish) on top of the Satsang Area in the Temple. During Art of Living Evening Satsang in Sri Seshadri Ashramam, Sadhak saw the Coming of Lord Narayana along with Goddess Lakshmi(Lakshmi Narayana) into Satsang Area from the Sky(Vaikunta). During Meditation, Sadhak saw the most beautiful face of Goddess Parvati on the Unnamalai Hill. Sadhak saw the Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati together. Sadhak saw White Divine Energy balls falling on Giri Pradakshina Main Road from the peak of Annamalai(Lord Shiva) - Unnamalai(Goddess Parvati) hills and scattering all over the Giri Pradakshina Main Road. Sadhak got answer why we need to walk barefoot while doing Giri Pradakshina around the Hill. The Scattered Energy Balls in Giri Pradakshina Main Road goes to all over the physical body through barefoot. During Meditation, Sadhak saw Gurus with Unspeakable Beautiful Bright Colourful Divine Lights. Sadhak saw those Unspeakable Beautiful Gurus for the First time. During Meditation, Sadhak saw  lot of Brahmans with Head Shaven and Keeping Small Hair at the Back of the Head(Pilaka). Lot of Brahmans and Spiritual Gurus in a Jubilation mood are walking in a Holy Hindu Ceremonial Procession, Sadhak was sitting on a Four Legged Palanquin(Pallaki) Bed Woven with Coconut Fibre Carried on the hands of Four Brahmans. Spiritual Gurus and Brahmans were clapping their hands in jubilation. During Abhishekam in Arunachaleshwar Temple for Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati. Goddess Parvati has asked Sadhak to Bow and Cleared his Sushumna Nadi with Divine White Light. Sadhak has felt lot of Vibrations, when he visited the Five Headed Serpent Statue along with Shiva Linga in the backside of Sarva Siddhi Vinayaka Temple in Arunachaleshwar Big Temple.

Sadguru Jaggi Vasudev is the Founder Guru of ISHA Foundation   ( http://www.ishafoundation.org/ ).

Sadhak has attended 7 Day Inner Engineering Program from 20th February to 26th February, 2008 in Madhapur, Hyderabad. Inner Engineering is a technology derived from the ancient science of yoga for creating harmony in the body, mind and emotions. This is the Introductory Program and Prerequisite for attending ISHA Advanced Programs.

Sadhak has attended 4 Day Bhava Spandana Program(BSP) from 6th November to 9th November, 2008 at the Isha Yoga Center, Coimbatore, India. BSP is designed to provide the opportunity to experience higher levels of consciousness beyond the limitations of body and mind. BSP offers the experience of a world of limitless love and joy. While hearing the Sadguru's Song, Sadhak's body was filled up with lots of energy and felt spiritual vibrations in the body. While Conversing with the Tree,  Sadhak felt energy flow from Tree to the Sadhak's body and Tree appreciated Sadhak by Saying "You are the most Joyous Person that I have ever met". During Very Powerful Meditation, enormous amount of energy has been created in Sadhak's body and something like "Astral body with different Colors i.e. Reddish, Yellowish, Whitish" has come out of Sadhak's body through Sahasrara Chakra(Top of the Head). Sadhak's Astral(Emotional) body has lifted its hands and danced for sometime. Sadhak felt that all the Past Memories had been thrown out of Sadhak's body.

Sadhak has attended Intensive 8 Day Samyama Program from 26th February to 5th March, 2009 at the Isha Yoga Center, Coimbatore, India.  Samyama Meditations provide the experiential possibility to free one from the bonds of karma and purify the body-mind to receive higher levels of energy. Samyama presents the potential for participants to reach heightened levels of consciousness and experience explosive states of meditativeness. Sadguru Jaggi Vasudev came beside Sadhak and took something from top of sadhak's head and smashed it with hands. Sadhak has seen Energy Flowers which are connected together on the inside of top roof of Spanda Hall. Energy Flowers are falling down on Sadhak's Sahasrara Chakra(Top of the Head). New Energy Flowers are getting Created on the inside of top roof as soon as the Energy Flowers are falling down. Sadhak has seen Source Energy as very big Energy Pillar in the Ground, from where the New Energy Flowers are getting Created. Sadhak felt lot of Spiritual Vibrations in his body. Great Energy in the form of White Shiva Linga from Sadguru Jaggi Vasudev flown into Sadhak's body through Sahasrara Chakra(Top of the Head). White Shiv Linga got Exploded in Sadhak's body and blown away the Thick Negative Black Layers out of Sadhak's body. During Meditation, Lot of Spiritual Energy flown into Sadhak's body. Lord Saturn(Shani Deva) was suddenly got surrounded by the Spiritual Energy which made him to go into Standing Posture from Sitting Posture. During Meditation, Sadhak went to some place where Sadguru is sitting on the base of the tree and Lot of Sadhus are Sitting in front of Sadguru in Several Lines. Sadguru's Body Shines with Brilliance of Ten Million Suns(Surya Koti Sama Prabha). After Completion of Meditation, Sadguru Commented out that "Is it not my Inner Body is Very Beautiful... Haa.. Haa... Haa...Laughter". Sadguru Jaggi Vasudev has asked everybody to give away their Karma to him so that he can dissolve the Karma. Sadhak went and sat very near to Sadguru. As soon as Sadhak went very near to Sadguru, Sadguru felt big jolt. Suddenly Sadguru who was in deep meditation, came out of meditation. Sadguru has taken out something from his back and dissolved it. Again Sadguru went into meditation and asked everybody to give away their karma to Sadguru. Sadhak has seen that lot of  thick negative layers from Sadhak's body went to Sadguru and  Sadguru was feeling lot of pain in his physical body. After some time he slowly dissolved all the karma from all the participants. Meanwhile the Other Lady beside Sadguru was looking at Sadhak as if she was seeing some Great Terror. During Final Meditation, Sadhak saw the Reduction of Karmic Baggage from 30 Human Skulls(Karmic Baggage) to 3 Human Skulls(Less Karmic Baggage). While Sadhak Observing his Breath during meditation, For the First Time Sadhak felt that God's Energy was going inside the Body through the Nose. "Feeling God's Energy through Nose" was a Major Breakthrough in Sadhak's Life. Sadhak has worked as an Volunteer for Ananda Ala Sadguru's Sastang on August 2nd in Hyderabad, India.

Past Life Regression

Sadhak felt Vibrations in Body, felt Numbness in his Hand and Head, felt Abdomen tightness, felt like Head Nerves were Boiling and Expanding, Eyes were blinking. Sadhak saw the Tunnel, the Orange Light, the Green Mesh, the White Light with Star, 2 Eyes(Guru), the Lord Venkateswara in Golden Color, the Muslim King with Beard wearing Rich Red Sherwani-Genghis Khan-(1162AD-1227AD), the One Storey Building with Coconut Trees around it, the War, the Kali Mata Black Statue with Golden Ornaments.

Sadhak saw the Pure Whitish Shiva Linga with lot of energy Flowing into it, All Chakras from Sahasrara to Muladhara were getting Blossomed fully like Lotus Flower. Sadhak Felt lot of Heat in his Muladhara Chakra for sometime. Sadhak Saw the Light with 5 Headed Serpent in his Forehead Chakra. Suddenly the Muladhara Chakra blossomed fully like Pink Lotus Flower with lot of Light. Then Sadhak Saw the Serpent and twinkling light at the base of the Serpent in the Muladhara(Base) Chakra. The Kundalini Energy started coming up from Muladhara(Base) Chakra. Saw Some Kundalini Energy went up towards Sahasrara Chakra by breaking blockage in Solar Plexus Chakra and Some Kundalini Energy came down towards Muladhara(Base) Chakra from Solar Plexus Chakra. Sadhak found some blockages in Visuddi Chakra and in Solar Plexus Chakra. Sadhak Saw the Blue Light, the Tunnel, the Colors, the Indescribable beings, the Demon, the War and an Army in Battlefield.

Sadhak Saw the Scene of Roman General's(Emperor's)-Julius Caeser-(100BC–44BC) coming down through the Steps inside the Fort. Saw the Water around Big Fort and Soldiers moving in the Water Clandestinely. Saw the Great Flood and Palmyra Palm Trees (Thati Chettu) were submerged Completely in the Flood Water. While Coming back to Physical body, Sadhak saw Silver cord from Sadhak's Manipuraka(Navel) Chakra and Brahma Sat on a Lotus Flower on the other side of the Silver Cord. Silver Cord and Brahma in Lotus Flower Slowly receded into Manipuraka(Navel) Chakra.

Sadhak had Seventh and Eighth Past Life Regression Sessions on December 16th and December 17th Respectively. Healing Energy flown into Sadhak's all Body Parts through Sahasrara Chakra. Sadhak saw that one Motor Cycle came and hit Sadhak's Left Leg and Suddenly Sadhak's Left Leg moved physically also during this experience. Doctor told that the sadhak got saved from Future event.
